October Half Term Events in the Lake District 2025
The Lake District is a beautiful place to visit any time of year, but it’s especially magical during the autumn months. The landscape is ablaze with colour and the air is crisp and fresh. This October half term, there are plenty of events happening to keep the whole family entertained here in the Lake District.
If you’re looking for some inspiration, here are a few suggestions:
Halloween Experience at Brockhole
Brockhole is a popular family attraction situated on the shores of Windermere, and their Halloween events are always a hit. This year, there’s a whole host of spooky activities planned for all ages, including laser tag, axe throwing, graveyard golf and a haunted forest. The event usually sells out, so pre-booking is essential.
