Modern Kitchen, prepare delicious meals in the newly renovated kitchen, equipped with everything you need, including a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher & washer/dryer.

Charming Dining Room, gather around the dining table and enjoy meals cooked with love, warmed by the ambience of the wood-burning stove.

Boot Room and Cloakroom, A handy boot room provides a space to store your outdoor gear, while the cloakroom with a WC ensures convenience.


Two comfortable bedrooms, offering a haven for relaxation. Bedroom 1 can be configured with a super king-size bed for a romantic getaway or twin beds for friends. Bedroom 2 features a cozy double bed and views towards the Yewdale Fells.

Luxurious bathroom, featuring a large walk-in electric shower, a relaxing corner bath, a WC, and underfloor heating for ultimate comfort.

There are two flights of stairs in the property which are steep, therefore we would advise the property is not suitable for infants/small children and those with mobility problems.




The Area

Enjoy lake-life on the shores of Coniston Water, just a ten-minute amble away on foot. Down at the lake, you will find a whole host of water-based activities throughout the year, including kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing, and rowing.

If you’re looking to gain some altitude and admire the views from the top during your time here, the Coniston Fell Range is accessible from the front door and includes seven magnificent Wainwright summits (Coniston Old Man, Dow Crag, Swirl How, Brim Fell, Wetherlam, Great Carrs & Great Friar).

The tracks and trails of Grizedale Forest are accessible from the east side of the lake and provide a mountain biker's paradise!

Back in the village enjoy a plethora of cosy country pubs, independent shops, and inviting cafes.

Bus stop is only 100yds away. You can hop on a bus, get yourself a day rider ticket and go explore the Lakes.

"This place is a real gem. The location is just away from the Main Street, situated near the Tourist information centre. It was very easy to walk to the nearest pubs, restaurants and cafes. The off road parking and the garden behind the garage were a nice touch. The house was lovely, very well presented, it had a fresh feel. The bedrooms were immaculate, beautifully laid out and very comfortable. Rebecca was very helpful and it was very easy to communicate with her. I would recommend this place to anyone thinking of staying in the area."
