If you have a property in mind, we are happy to offer our advice and guidance on its suitability as a holiday let.

We’re more than happy to consider all self-catering options. Cottages, lodges, bunkhouses, pods, yurts, domes & shepherd’s huts. If we think they would make the perfect Lakes Escape we will let you know.

We are based in Coniston and currently cover the South Lakes, Duddon Estuary and Furness Peninsula.

Of course, we will guide you through the process and offer honest, professional advice and guidance.

We impose no owner restrictions on property usage, after all this is your property.

Due to our size, our operating costs are relatively minimal therefore we are able to charge a very competitive commission fee.

We do not offer in-house cleaning or maintenance however work alongside several local independent cleaning and maintenance contractors and are happy to help set these arrangements up for you.

Our properties are marketed online via our website and via third party sites including Airbnb & Booking.com. Properties are also actively shared across our social media platforms. Printed materials are also produced for each property and distributed via our Coniston HQ.

Our reservations system integrates fully with Airbnb which means we can take over your listing entirely with no disruption to any existing enquiries or bookings.
